  1. How should you count these foods in your calorie tally? Even if they are "0 calorie foods," I would feel guilty not counting them in my tally..

  2. I think the general idea is that, you still count however many calories are in a serving of whatever you use. So it would count toward your daily calorie total.

    It's just that, because they're considered negative calories, 5 calories with of celery is "better" than 5 calories worth of something else, like part of a banana (i know that's a dumb example but bear with me)

    I'd still count it, only I personally feel better knowing that the foods I'm eating are negative calories. It's hard to say how to count them, I'm sorry haha. I just count them as normal and just "know" that they're considered negative / 0-cal.
